A follow-up to the fan-favorite Ref. 26579, the watch is set in a matte-finished white ceramic case that is fitted with the ultra-slim automatic movement, the in-house caliber 5134 that measures only 29mm. This limited-production model was first released in 2019 and is only retailed through the boutiques owned by the Le Brassus-based manufacture.

Established in 1875 by partners Jules-Louis Audemars and Edward Auguste Piguet, Audemars Piguet is one of the last remaining watchmaking maisons operating under the original founders. The brand has created several technical innovations throughout their existence including the first minute-repeater wristwatch in 1892 and the first skeletonized pocketwatch in 1934. In 1972, Audemars Piguet introduced the Royal Oak designed by Gérald Genta, which was the most expensive stainless-steel luxury sports watch at the time. Since then, the brand has released other iconic models such as the record-breaking Royal Oak Self-Winding Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin, the world’s thinnest automatic perpetual calendar wristwatch.
