Contact us through our website and send us photos of your timepiece through our online form. Our watch specialists will get in touch via email within three (3) business days.

Send-In Your Watch

For Philippine clients, you may bring it in person or ship it to our retail boutique at The Peninsula Manila.

For Overseas clients, you may coordinate with our team for more details.

Step4 3

Servicing and Authentication

Upon receipt of your watch, our sales team will properly authenticate and conduct due diligence research on the timepiece.

Step5 4

Processing of Payment

Once your watch has been cleared by our team, we will immediately remit your money through your preferred mode of payment whether it is by international wire transfer, bank cheque, or digital wallets including Bitcoin.

How long will it take to get paid for my watch?

Our processing time for the wiring of payment to your designated bank account/credit to your digital wallet/issuance of a bank cheque will be on the next banking day.

What is the value of my timepiece?

At Vintage Grail, we make our valuations based on current market pricing and trends based on historical sales. We do extensive due diligence into the background of a timepiece such as brand history, specific reference numbers, condition and rarity, and other important information that can determine the overall value accurately. If you would like to get an accurate quote for your watch, just fill out the online form above, and our sales team will course a response within three (3) business days.

What are the brands of watches that you accept?

Vintage Grail accepts most brands of timepieces. We also evaluate your watches based on a few factors: condition, inclusions, and the current selling value on the secondary market which ultimately determines the value of your watch.

How long does the selling program typically take?

Our sales team will send a written quotation within three (3) business days. If your timepiece will require further research by our team, we will be coordinating with you for any other additional information we will require.

If I did not accept your quoted price, how can it be shipped back?

If you don’t like the offer we made you, simply notify our team. Vintage Grail shall return the appraised timepiece but the seller shall shoulder the costs for return shipping and insurance. You have thirty (30) business days to retrieve your item prior to being disposed by our team.

Are all sales/trades deemed as final?

Yes, all transactions concluded with Vintage Grail are deemed as final and executory upon the signed acceptance of quotation by both parties.
