Unlike its steel counterparts, this Royal Oak brings a regal presence to its wearer by featuring a chocolate brown grande tapisserie dial and an 18k pink gold case. The contrasting dark brown ring around the outer portion of the dial as well as around the pink gold sub-dials, works well with the overall color scheme making the ideal timepiece for 21st century gentry.

Established in 1875 by partners Jules-Louis Audemars and Edward Auguste Piguet, Audemars Piguet is one of the last remaining watchmaking maisons operating under the original founders. The brand has created several technical innovations throughout their existence including the first minute-repeater wristwatch in 1892 and the first skeletonized pocketwatch in 1934. In 1972, Audemars Piguet introduced the Royal Oak designed by Gérald Genta, which was the most expensive stainless-steel luxury sports watch at the time. Since then, the brand has released other iconic models such as the record-breaking Royal Oak Self-Winding Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin, the world’s thinnest automatic perpetual calendar wristwatch.
