Named after the American golf champion Bubba Watson, this timepiece contains the caliber RMUL3, which has a free-strung balance mechanism with a double-barrel system that can withstand the gravitational forces of inertia, thereby an ideal candidate to be worn on a golf course.
Established in 1999 by watch designer Richard Mille and his partner, Dominique Guenat, Richard Mille revolutionized the watch industry with their highly technical and futuristic designed wristwatches. In 2001, the brand presented its first watch, the RM001 Tourbillion, a manual-wound tourbillon with a ribbed tonneau-shaped case that revealed its internal mechanism, which became the face of the brand’s identity.
