By: Xavi Panlilio | Posted: March 07, 2024Last February 15th, an evening of celebration was held to commemorate the 5th year of bringing rare and vintage timepieces to collectors worldwide. The Vintage Grail 5th Anniversary stood as a testament to our pursuit of excellence in the world of horology. Our vision of bringing excellent timepieces to collectors is paramount; the coming years will be filled with excitement as we remain committed to putting this dream to fruition.
Guests were assembled in the garden as they arrived; a showcase of horological treasures and grails awaited guests as they made their way to the foyer, including iconic vintage Rolex Daytonas such as the revered Pre-Daytona models like the Oyster Chronograph “Jean-Claude Killy” Ref. 6036 and Paul Newman models Ref. 6239, Ref. 6262, and Ref. 6241. Paolo Martel, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Vintage Grail, shared insightful reflections on the journey of Vintage Grail over the past five years, where he places importance on the support of our clients. “Working closely with our clients, who have become friends, to curate their collections has been a remarkable privilege. Each one has somehow entrusted us with pushing boundaries and sourcing some of the most exquisite timepieces, many with their own story. This has transformed several transactions into lasting relationships,” mentions Martel. From the infancy stage of the business to staying dedicated through the trying times of the pandemic, the drive and resilience of the entire team were the essence of our enduring success.
