The Odysseus is the first-ever timepiece made by German watchmaker in stainless steel with an integrated bracelet system and comes with an oversized date window and powered by the in-house caliber L155.1, an automatic movement with a high-rate frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 hertz) and a power reserve of 50 hours upon being fully wound.

Founded in 1845 in Glashütte, Germany by Friedrich Adolph Lange, A. Lange & Söhne has since become a vanguard of German watchmaking. In 1990, Friedrich’s great grandson Walter Lange and watch executive Günter Blümlein resurrected the German watchmaker, which led to the launch of its seminal model, the Lange 1 in 1994. Since 2000, the brand has been a subsidiary of the Swiss conglomerate, the Richemont Group.
