Longines
Founded as early as 1832 by Auguste Agassiz in the Swiss village of St-Imier, Longines has built a strong watchmaking heritage characterized by inspired design and solid movement. The brand is one of the first Swiss watch brands to mechanize the production of its watches. It also established notoriety for their pilot’s chronograph by collaborating with Charles Lindbergh to develop the Hour Angle Watch which helped him calculate longitude during his transatlantic flight from New York to Paris back in 1927.
